Your own stays come first. When you are away, choose the dates you would like to open for guests. Optional rental management is planned to take care of the bookings, guest experience and upkeep, giving your home the potential to generate income without adding to your day.

The masterplan considers privacy alongside shared spaces and a sense of belonging. The arrival, the route home, and the relationship between each residence and its surroundings are part of the same design.

The design begins with arrival, living and retreat. The collection’s residence plans and architectural previews will be shared when ready.
Wellbeing & hospitality
Reception, spa, dining and other shared amenities are part of the intended programme, bringing services close to home.
Ownership & care
Ongoing management and optional rental are planned. Service scope, fees, owner responsibilities and ownership arrangements will be shared before commitment.
Where does the project stand?
Cliffside, Uluwatu is in design. The villa designs, clubhouse and shared spaces are being developed. Release will be in stages, with registered guests receiving updates first.
Can my home earn an income while I’m away?
Optional rental management is planned for owners who choose to make their homes available for guest stays. Your own use comes first. Availability, management terms and fees will be shared before release.
Can I see completed Falkenstein homes?
We can share relevant completed private commissions and arrange a conversation about the work behind Cliffside.
