Landscape, climate, and culture guide the architecture. Deep shade, generous thresholds, and a thoughtful relationship between enclosed and open spaces make a tropical home feel comfortable throughout the day.

Stone, timber, glass, and natural finishes are chosen for how they feel, how they perform, and how they age. Bespoke joinery, carefully made doors, and work with local craftspeople give a home its own character.

We value a home that grows richer with use. Durable materials and well-resolved details support everyday wellbeing over the long term, with the realities of heat, rain, and humidity considered from the outset.

Architecture

Site analysis, spatial concepts, and the development of the design into construction information. Every project is shaped around its owner, its site, and its climate.

Interiors & bespoke craft

Materials, lighting, furniture, and custom joinery are considered as part of the architecture. Selected artisans bring specialist stonework, timber details, and carefully made elements into the home.

Construction management

Contractor tender, coordination, cost reporting, site supervision and quality inspections, carried out by our own project managers and quantity surveyor. Open-book where the project calls for it.

A considered handover

Final inspections, every snag tracked and closed with the contractor, and full documentation of the home as built.

YOUR BUDGET, PROTECTED

Your budget, protected

Project management and cost control are done in-house and included in our architecture fee, not added as an extra line. We take no margin on construction. Where we procure on your behalf, we act as your agent at a transparent fee. Our interest is the quality of your home, not the size of your budget.
